BakBalls is an easy to use product that you can lie or lean against to treat back pain and stiffness.Assisting in the long term treatment of back-related conditions. BakBalls allows you to mobilise your spine at home, in the car, anywhere, any time to relieve pain and stiffness.
By exerting very localised pressure on stiff vertebrae, BakBalls allows you to safely mobilise your spinal joints to provide relief.  In addition, using BakBalls frequently can accelerate your recovery through the cumulative effects of regular treatment.
Use RED to begin to obtain mild to moderate massage pressure, or are a bit more sensitive, or are in your older years.  After 6 months you can progress to BLACK if you desire a stronger pressure massage. 
BLACK is for those that prefer stronger manual treatments and strong massages
