Returns Policy
Thanks for purchasing our products at HeysMed.
Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.
For any other items including Warmies to be eligible for a refund, please notify us within 7 calendar days of the purchase and return the item asap. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. The customer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.This includes the shipment to the HeysMed warehouse and the shipping costs back to the customer if you are applying for exchange. If you receive a refund, the shipping cost of the order will be deducted from your refund.
Any claims/returns not notified will not be accepted.
A 10% restocking fee may apply to all returns contrary to the claim.
