Returns Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at HeysMed.

Due to the nature of our business and the products we sell, items that expire sooner than 1 month from the date of the purchase are not eligible for a refund.

For any other items and Warmies (CozyPlush)/Wheat bags to be eligible for a refund, please notify us within 7 calendar days of the purchase and return the item asap. The item must be unopened and in its original condition. 

Any claims/returns not notified will not be accepted.

A 10% restocking fee may apply to all returns contrary to the claim.
